Mother and daughter relationships are never easy. They come with ups and downs.

You grow up wanting to have a relationship with your mom. You just want to be loved. But when do you stop trying?

For me that day has come. Today I blocked my mother. It will be a while before she notices. Sadly, I wish she would know right away. She won’t. She and I had it out probably a week ago.

Enough is enough though. The constant buts and well it is the same for me crap has to end. I have to be more important to me. The dark places she can bring me to needs to end.

And before you feel too bad for her. She has a new family. She doesn’t know my little kids. So for her no great loss. But for me it is a huge gain.

Just trying to make head and sense of this world. Getting the words out that noone wants to hear.

I am a mom and a wife. I am the mom to 4 high needs boys. I have had a pretty complex life that I have overcome.

I have lived a life where I have felt my voice has gone unheard. I wanted a space where I could put my thoughts out into the world. Maybe one person will hear my words and it will make a difference
